Our last day…all packed and ready for Port

As we write this blog we are 3006 miles from New York and 266 miles from Southampton, we will be passing Lands End at around 4pm this afternoon, then up to The Isle of Wight before turning into the Solent. Amazingly we are 3.5 hours ahead of Schedule and will berth at 3am Thursday morning (Disembarkation about 8-8.30am).

As we have said many times before we have had a great time, we have had some fantastic holidays with the Children, our Family and by ourselves and this is up there with the Best.

We are now back on UK time after losing an hour each night from Night Two, it’s a great way to get back to normal but it does takes it’s toll! – we have been so busy over the past 12 days that we need to consider a Holiday to have a rest!

Cunard and Queen Mary 2 have done a great job and although we will be sad to leave the Ship at Southampton we are very much looking forward to seeing our lovely family again!

See you all soon, this will be the last update until we get home, we hope you’ve enjoyed reading the tales of our travels as much as we’ve enjoyed posting them

Bye for Now
